摘要
用气相色谱和高效液相色谱2种检测方法通过加标试验对小麦粉中过氧化苯甲酰进行检测。结果显示:气相色谱法线性相关系数为0.9899,加标回收率85.4%~92.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤7%;液相色谱法线性相关系数为0.9999,加标回收率95.2%~102.1%,相对标准偏差≤5.0%。
The national standard method for the detection of benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour is,gas phase chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography,for grain and oil quality inspection department,need to study with a method which is more rapid,economic and applicable.In this paper,using the two kinds of detection methods,by standard addition test to detect benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour.The result showed that gas chromatography,the linear correlation coefficient of 0.9899,standard addition recovery was between 85.4%~92.3%,relative standard deviation(RSD) of 7% or less.Liquid chromatography(HPLC),the linear correlation coefficient of 0.9999,standard addition recovery was between 95.2%~102.1%,relative standard deviation was 5.0%or less.
