摘要
全自动凯氏定氮仪是国内外普遍用作粮食中氮含量和粗蛋白测定的设备。在熟悉全自动凯氏定氮仪工作原理的基础上,掌握和分析其误差的可能来源并确定减小误差的措施会极大提高检测效率和测定结果的准确性。按照实验操作步骤的先后顺序探讨了全自动凯氏定氮仪在检测粮食中含氮量时误差的产生原因及解决办法。
The full automatic azotometer was preferred equipment with its high efficiency and saving time is widely used in the domestic for grain total nitrogen testing. On the basis of familiar with the working principle of the full automatic azotometer,to master and analyze the possible sources of the errors and to determine the measures to reduce the errors will greatly improve the detection efficiency and the accuracy of the measurement results. According to the experimental steps,this paper discussed the error and solution in grain nitrogen content determination of the full automatic azotometer.
