玉米堆的压缩弹塑形变特性实验研究

摘要 使用LHT-1型粮食回弹模量仪对圆柱形玉米堆样品进行无侧向膨胀压缩实验,选定玉米堆顶部的预压应力分别为0、100、200 k Pa,调制玉米含水率分别为13.89%、15.12%、17.71%、18.74%,由测定数据计算出玉米堆的弹性模量,测定出弹塑性形变之比与压应力的关系以及每次加卸载的塑性形变。实验结果表明:玉米堆的弹性模量随着预压应力的增大而增大,随着含水率的增大而减小;弹塑性形变之比随预压应力的增大而减小;塑性的形变随加卸载的次数增加而减小。 No lateral expansion compression experiments were carried out on a cylindrical corn pile sample using a LHT-1type grain resilient modulus instrument.The compression stresses at the top of corn heap were set as 0,100,and 200 k Pa respectively.The moisture contents of the corn are 13.89%,15.12%,17.71% and 18.74%.The elastic modulus of the corn pile was calculated from the measured data.The relationship between the ratio of elastic plastic deformation and the compressive stress as well as the plastic deformation at each loading and unloading were determined.Experimental results showed that the elastic modulus of pile of corn as the precompression stress increases,decreases with increase of moisture content,the ratio of elastic plastic deformation of than with preloading stress decreases,plastic deformation with the increase of the number of loading and unloading decreases.
