摘要
对冰铜顶吹吹炼渣物相组成进行分析,理论分析表明,在吹炼熔池温度条件下,通过对渣中的Fe_3O_4、CuFe_2O_4、Cu_2O还原,降低渣的磁性,改善渣的粘度,实现降低吹炼过程渣含铜是可行的。试验结果,渣含铜可由20%降低至11.70%左右。
The phase composition of top-blown converting slag have been analyzed.The theoretical analysis shows that under the temperature conditions of the converting bath,the magnetism of slag is reduced and viscosity improved through reduction of Fe_3O_4,CuFe_2O_4 and Cu_2O in slag.Thus,it is feasible to reduce copper content in the converting slag.Experimental results showed that copper content in slag can be reduced from 20%to 11.70%.
