摘要
对澳斯麦特顶吹吹炼炉处理冰铜产粗铜工艺过程的渣率进行分析,结合FeO—SiO_2渣型与FeO—CaO渣型对吹炼过程的渣率进行理论计算,分析结果显示,FeO—SiO_2渣型脱铅能力强,但该渣型夹杂金属铜颗粒严重;FeO—CaO渣型粘度小,有利于渣中金属铜颗粒的沉降分离,但该渣型脱铅能力差,铅入粗铜将导致阳极炉脱铅压力大。
The slag rate of blister copper production with matte treatment process in Ausmelt top-blown furnace was analyzed.The slag rate of converting process was theoretically calculated combined with two types of slag which were FeO- SiO_2 and FeO- CaO.The analysis results show that the type of FeO- SiO_2 slag's lead removal ability is strong,but it seriously includes with copper particles.The type of FeO- CaO has low viscosity,which is propitious to separate copper particles from slag,but it showes poor ability to remove lead form blister copper,which will lead more difficult to remove lead in anode furnace.
