以高职院校为主体的“政行校企”合作共赢办学模式实证分析

"政行校企"合作办学需要以政府为引导,在行业协同参与下,以企业为主体,由高职院校主导,进行多方主体的合作,以共赢为目标,实现多方合作共赢,共同培养人才,但在实际运行过程中,高职院校由于人才培养的目标属性,责无旁贷地承担起主导作用,高职院校天然地承担起了由下而上的发起人、联结纽带和协调者角色,通过实证分析常州轻工职业技术学院"政行校企"合作办学过程,了解基于共赢目标下高职院校为主体的"政行校企"合作办学的一般运行过程。
