摘要 "政行校企"合作办学需要以政府为引导,在行业协同参与下,以企业为主体,由高职院校主导,进行多方主体的合作,以共赢为目标,实现多方合作共赢,共同培养人才,但在实际运行过程中,高职院校由于人才培养的目标属性,责无旁贷地承担起主导作用,高职院校天然地承担起了由下而上的发起人、联结纽带和协调者角色,通过实证分析常州轻工职业技术学院"政行校企"合作办学过程,了解基于共赢目标下高职院校为主体的"政行校企"合作办学的一般运行过程。 "Political cooperation for enterprise" the need for government guidance in the industry, collaborative participation, with enterprises as the main body, led by higher vocational colleges, multi subject cooperation,win-win situation for the target, realize win-win cooperation, joint training, but in the actual operation process, vocational colleges as the target attribute of talent the train, take be one's unshirkable responsibility plays a leading role in vocational colleges, natural to assume a bottom-up sponsor, link and coordinator role,through the empirical analysis of Changzhou Vocational Institute of Light Industry in the process of administration of school enterprise cooperation, win-win goal based on the understanding of vocational schools as the main body of the "political cooperation for enterprise" running a general operation process.
