基于现代学徒制人才培养模式的探索与实践

The Exploration and Practice of Personnel Training Mode Based on Modern Apprenticeship

随着我国经济转型与产业升级,"现代学徒制"职业教育培养模式呼之欲出。学徒制教育在西方国家的成功实践给其社会和工业发展输送了源源不断的高素质技术技能型人才。近两年,教育部积极推动现代学徒制模式的人才培养试点,同时提出各学校要边实践边研究,进行理论升华。本文是从现代学徒制下的招生模式、人才培养模式、学徒考核模式等方面展开讨论,期望得到一套行之有效、可供借鉴的现代学徒制人才培养体系。

Along with the economic transformation and industrial upgrading in China, ＂modern apprenticeship＂occupation education training mode ready. The successful practice of apprenticeship education in western countries has brought a steady stream of highly qualified technical and skilled talents to the social and industrial development. In the past two years, the Ministry of education actively promote the training of modern apprenticeship model pilot, while the school to put forward the practical side of research, theoretical sublimation. This article is from the modern apprentice system under the enrollment mode, personnel training mode, the apprentice evaluation model and so on, hope to get a set of effective, can be used for reference of modern apprenticeship personnel training system.
