新时期高职生课余时间管理特征探析

Analysis on the Management Characteristics of the Higher Vocational College Students' Spare Time in the New Period

通过对某高职学院6个不同专业学生的问卷调查,并利用均值比较、相关分析等方法对统计数据进行验证。研究发现:高职生管理课余时间意识与实际利用情况存在矛盾;高职女生时间管理倾向及课余时间利用效率优于男生;高职生上网时间与自主学习时间之间存在较强的负向影响。指出丰富课余活动内容,提高时间管理训练的针对性,正确引导高职生使用网络,将有益于提高高职生课余时间利用效率。

Conducting a questionnaive survey in 6 different major students in a college, and using the methods of mean comparison and correlation analysis to verify the statistical data. Conclusions are as follows：（1）Vocational college students have contradictions between their spare-time management consciousness and their actual utilization of time.（2） Female vocational college students＇ time management disposition and spare time utilization efficiency are higher than the males＇.（3） There is a strong negative impact between vocational students＇ online time and their autonomous learning time. Measures such as enriching extracurricular activities,improving the pertinence of time management training, guiding students to use the network correctly etc, will be beneficial to improve the efficiency of vocational college students＇ spare hours.
