摘要
以静电衣物除尘器设计过程为例,分别从问题描述、系统分析、运用TRIZ工具、技术方案整理与评价四方面介绍TRIZ理论在创新设计中的应用。实践证明,TRIZ理论能够帮助人们多角度分析问题,揭示问题的本质,找到解决问题的方法,有利于培养学生的创新思维,开发出更多创新产品。
TRIZ theory invents theory to solve problem; it is a kind of methodology especially applied to solve engineering problem. This paper took electrostatic precipitator design process as example; introducing TRIZ theory application in innovation design in terms of problem description, system analysis, TRIZ tool usage and technology proposal sorting and evaluation. Practice shows that TRIZ theory can help us analyse problem in terms of multiple perspectives, reveal the nature of problem and come up with solution; good for cultivating students' innovation thinking and developing more innovative products.
