产业转型升级背景下的外来人口调控研究

Research on Regulating and Control of Floating Population Based on Industry Transformation and Upgrading

外来人口为东部地区的经济发展做出了积极贡献,同时低素质的外来人口结构也抑制了产业结构的转型升级。以浙江省慈溪市为例,基于宏观分析和微观调查的角度,探讨了外来人口集聚的特征、形成机制,分析了外来人口集聚的负面影响,并就如何优化外来人口结构、有效控制规模、促进产业结构转型升级等问题提出了相关建议。

Floating population devote great to economic development of China eastern coastal region, while its structure of lower quality restrain the transformation and upgrading of local industrial structure. The article,from the views of the macroscopic analysis and microscopic research, studies the characteristics of congregation of floating population and its formation mechanism, analyzes the negative effects of congregation of floating population and makes some suggestions on how to optimize structure of floating population, control its size to promote local industrial transformation and upgrading.
