摘要 为了提高渗透试验的效率和精度,发挥实验教学中学生的主观能动性,设计出一款改进型渗压仪。该仪器基于岩土工程实验室常用QY1-3型渗压仪,采用GDS控制器加载渗透压力,由JM3811静态应变测试系统采集试样的轴向变形,通过计算机模块控制试验、整理数据。通过与普通渗压仪对某地软黏土渗透性的对比,采用3种先期固结压力和两种渗透压力加载方式,验证改进型仪器的性能。实验结果显示:软黏土的渗透系数随先期固结压力的增大而减小,受渗透压力的影响很小。改进型渗压仪的操作简便,结果可靠、精度高,测量时间短,功能多样化,不但能满足科研和教学需要,同时提高了测试效率和学生动手操作能力。 In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of permeability test as well as students' subjective initiative in experiment teaching,an improved permeameter has been designed. Through experimental method,the principle and operation process of the instrument are introduced. Through the test on the permeability of soft clay compared with common permeameters,the performance of the improved instrument is validated under three kinds of pre consolidation pressures and two kinds of osmotic pressure loading method. Based on QY1-3 equipment used commonly in geotechnical engineering laboratory, this instrument forces on osmotic pressure by GDS controller, and collects the vertical deformation of samples by JM3811 static strain testing system. Computer module is used in the test for operation control and data arrangement. Test results show that permeability coefficient of soft clay is negatively correlated with the pre consolidation pressure,and is not significantly affected by osmotic pressure. With less measurement time and diverse functions,this device makes the operation easier,and the data reliable and highly accurate. It can not only meet the needs of scientific research and teaching,but also improve research efficiency and students' hands-on ability at the same time. This device can display and store the experimental data in real time,which fulfills the digital experiment process and is accordance with the ideas of laboratory development.
