Reform and Practice of Experiment Teaching of Materials Science and Engineering in Application-oriented Universities

从应用型本科院校材料类专业实验教学中存在的问题出发,结合黑龙江科技大学材料科学与工程学院的教学实践,提出了材料类专业实验教学体系改革方案,讨论了实验内容和实验教学手段的改革、实验室开放的建设,形成了"一个中心"、"三大分室"、"三模三层"的实验教学理念,重新设置、调整、更新实验内容。实践表明,通过实验教学改革提高了学生自主学习、动手能力和创新能力,提高了实验教学资源的利用率及应用型人才培养质量,所取得的成效与经验对应用本科高校有一定的启迪意义。

The article is concerned with the questions of the experimental teaching of materials specialty in applicationoriented universities based on the teaching practice of the Department of Material Science and Technology, the Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology. Reform and practice for practical teaching system has been put forward The reform of the structure and contents of the experimental course,the design process,the experimental teaching means, and the construction of open laboratories were introduced in detail. The experimental teaching philosophy of ＂one center,three experimental locellus,three modules and three levels＂were proposed. The clinical experiment courses were adjusted and updated. The reform of the experimental teaching was helpful to promote students＇ autonomous learning ability,practical abilities and innovative capability,to improve the utilization of laboratory practice teaching resource and the quality of personnel training. The achievements and the experience that the university has obtained may serve as benchmarks and eventually inspire those newly application-oriented universities.
