Improving Laboratory Center Management Effect by Strengthening Safety Management

在分析和梳理实验中心各项管理制度与安全管理间内在关系的基础上,阐述了同济大学机械实验中心以安全管理为主线,完善实验中心的管理制度,用安全第一的观念有效落实实验中心的教师管理、教学实验管理、科研实验管理以及开放实验管理的管理制度。安全管理为主线的管理方法降低了各相关工作的难度,有效地提高了实验中心的管理效率。

On basis of analyzing and combing internal relationships between management system of laboratory center and the safety management, it is found that safety management is the main line of Laboratory Center of Mechanical Engineering in Tongji University. The safety management is used to improve the management system of laboratory center, and control the concrete disciplines of management of laboratory teacher, experimental teaching, researching and opening experiments. The main line of safety management methods helps reducing the difficulty of the relevant management, and effectively improves the management level of the laboratory center.
