老年慢性病患者睡眠质量与社会支持的相关性研究

Correlation Between Sleep Quality and Social Support among the Elderly Patients with Chronic Diseases

目的探讨老年慢性病患者睡眠质量与社会支持的关系。方法采用一般人口学问卷、匹兹堡睡眠质量问卷(PSQI)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对120例老年慢性病患者进行问卷调查分析。结果 PSQI总分平均(9.8±4.8)分,存在睡眠质量问题的老年慢性病患者共76例(63.3%)。高睡眠质量组SSRS总分及各因子得分均高于低睡眠质量组(P<0.05)。PSQI总分及各因子得分与SSRS总分及各因子得分呈明显负相关(P<0.01)。结论社会支持对老年慢性病患者的睡眠质量有重要影响。

Objective To explore the correlation between sleep quality and social support among the elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods The questionnaires including General Information Questionnaire（GIQ）,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI）and Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）were adopted to investigate and analyze the sleep quality and social support of 120 elderly patients with chronic diseases.Results The means of PSQI are（9.8±4.8）,and 76 out of 120 patients with chronic diseases suffered from sleep problems.The scores of SSRS and its factors were significantly higher than in the low-quality sleep group（P〈0.05）.The scores of PSQI and its factors were negatively correlated with in the high-quality sleep group those of SSRS and its factors（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The social support has a significant influence on the sleep quality of the elderly patients with chronic Diseases.
