生态文明视野下乡村文明价值新解读——走向现代化的“中国例外论”

A New Interpretation of the Value of Rural Civilization from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization: the Chinese Exceptionalism toward Modernization

目前理论界对中国乡村的研究思维和视角不同导致了对中国五千年乡村文明的价值差异巨大的解读。如果从工业化与城市化这个时代大背景看中国乡村,中国乡村的命运就是被城市所替代,走向终结。但是从十八大提出的生态文明时代大背景看,乡村文明复兴就会成为时代的必然。从纯经济视角看,乡村不能承载工业化,乡村的价值只能是满足粮食生产,但从文明与历史视角看,中国乡村是中国文明之载体、文化传承之根。从生态文明时代、文明与历史看,中国未来现代化之路,是一条不同于西方的另类之路,即为中国乡村文明复兴引领的中国特色的有根的现代化。

In the current theoretical realm,different thinking modes and perspectives have resulted in quite different interpretations about the value of China＇s rural civilization of five thousand years. Seen from the times background of industrialization and urbanization,the Chinese villages are destined to be replaced by cities and finally come to an end. However,from the ecological civilization perspective set forth in the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,the revival of rural civilization will become something of certainty of the times. Seen from the economic perspective merely,villages can only satisfy the production of crops and cannot bear industrialization; but from the civilization and history perspectives,Chinese villages are the carrier of Chinese civilization and the root of cultural continuity. Seen from the age of ecological civilization and the civilization and history perspectives,the future modernization road of China will be different from that of western countries,that is to say,it will be rooted modernization with Chinese characteristics as pioneered by the revival of rural civilization.
