摘要
选用异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯(Ti-201)、双-(γ-三乙氧基硅基丙基)四硫化物(Si-69)、异丙基二硬脂酰氧基铝酸酯(Al-60)这三种偶联剂对沉淀法白炭黑进行了表面改性,并利用X射线衍射和傅立叶红外光谱等手段进行了评价;将改性白炭黑添加到天然橡胶中,研究了天然橡胶/改性白炭黑的硫化性能和物理机械性能等。结果表明,三种偶联剂的加入总体上能改善白炭黑对天然橡胶的补强性能,其中Si-69的加入对胶料加工安全性的改善最好,更有利于提升天然橡胶的综合物理机械性能,而Al-60的加入使胶料正硫化时间最短。
The superficially modified silica is prepared by using isopropyl tri( dioctylpyrophosphate) titanate( Ti- 201),bis[γ-( triethoxysilyl) propyl]tetrasulfide( Si- 69) and distearoyl isopropoxy aluminate( Al- 60) as coupling agents. The modification effect is evaluated by means of X- ray diffraction( XRD) and infrared spectroscopy( FT- IR). The vulcanized properties and physical and mechanical properties of NR / modified silica are studied. The results show that reinforcing properties can be enhanced by adding these three kinds of coupling agents,and the processing safety of NR / modified silica is the best by addition of Si- 69,while the cure time is the shortest by addition of Al- 60,and the physical and mechanical properties are optimal by addition of Si- 69.
