催化合成端烯基聚醚大单体的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用自制乙氧基化ZD-10和ZD-8两种催化剂,以环氧乙烷为原料生产了端烯基聚醚,并对两种催化剂生产的端烯基聚醚大单体产品指标、应用性能及成本进行了分析。研究结果表明,在适宜的工艺条件下,两种催化剂生产的端烯基聚醚大单体在分子质量分布系数、重均分子质量及聚醚的主成分(分子量在2 000~2 900)上无明显区别,对下游聚羧酸减水剂性能无影响,而在产品外观上ZD-10催化剂表现更为优异,工艺更安全、环境友好且成本更低。 Polycarboxylic superplasticizer polyether monomers are synthesized in industrial scale by using ethylene oxide( EO) as raw material with ZD- 10 and ZD- 8 as catalyst respectively. The product performance index,application performance,capacity and product cost over different catalysts are also analyzed. The industrial experiment results show that there are no obvious differences in product distribution coefficient,weight- average molecular weight,principal component of polyether( molecular weight at2000 ~ 2900) of OXAB- 501 which are prepared over ZD- 10 and ZD- 8 catalysts in the adaptive process conditions,respectively. The results also show that the OXAB- 501 products prepared over ZD- 10 have no influence on the water- reducing agent performance of the downstream of poly carboxylic acid,but are more excellent in appearance,and its technology process is safer,with friendly environment and low production cost.
