摘要
选用硫化物沉淀法—混凝法—高效除汞反应器—纤维过滤器—活性炭吸附—超滤膜过滤—树脂吸附组合的汞处理技术和装备,处理氯碱行业电石法生产聚氯乙烯的过程中VCM工序产生的含汞废水,确保最终出水中检测不出汞,并回用为烧碱装置化盐水,真正意义上实现了氯碱行业汞废水的零排放。
A combined technology and associated equipment were selected to treat the mercury containing wastewater from VCM process in production of calcium carbide process PVC in chlor - alkali industry. The combined technology comprised sulfide precipitation method, coagulation process, high efficiency mercury removal reactor, fiber filter, activated filtration, and resin adsorption. Mercury was not detected realized zero discharge of mercury containing wastewater in carbon in the adsorption, ultrafiltration membrane water treated. The technology indeed chlor - alkali industry.
