摘要
红砂石颗粒原料经过微波、硅烷偶联剂化学改性处理后对模拟工业铬废水的铬鞣剂进行吸附实验。系统的考察了制备的红纱石颗粒在不同p H和实验温度等条件下对铬鞣液中三价铬离子的吸附性能。结果表明20 m L铬鞣液中加入7 g红纱石颗粒时吸收率可以达到61.2%,能够有效除去Cr3+。并且化学改性10 g红砂石颗粒加入的KH-550最佳用量在5 m L左右,取其7 g吸附20 m L铬鞣液的吸收率可以高达94.4%。
Red sand and gravel particles were treated by microwave and silane coupling agent,which was modified by chemical modification.The adsorption properties of trivalent chromium ion in chrome agent with different p H and experimental temperature were investigated systematically.The results showed that the absorption rate can reach 61.2%when the 7 g was added to 20 m L,and can effectively remove Cr3 +.The best dosage of KH-550 was about 5 m L,and the chemical modification of 10 g red sand and gravel particles.The absorption rate of 7 g in 20 m L can be as high as94.4%.
