摘要
采用微波消解,石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法对不同生长环境下银杏叶中的铅进行测定,铅在0-10.0 ng/L范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.9997,检出限为0.15 ng/m L,平均加标回收率为93.9%。结果表明,该方法灵敏度高,重复性好,可以适用于不同区域、不同生长环境下银杏叶中铅元素的日常含量测定。
In this experimental study,using the microwave digestion,graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometric method was used for the determination of lead in Ginkgo biloba leaves under different growing environments,lead in the range of 0 - 10.0 ng / L showed good linear relationship with absorbance,correlation coefficient r = 0.9997,the detection limit was 0.15 ng / m L,average recovery rate was 93.9%.The results showed that the method had high sensitivity and good reproducibility,and can be applied to the determination of the daily content of lead in Ginkgo biloba leaves under different regions and different growth environments.
