摘要
建立公平、合理的教师教学工作量计算办法,对教师教学质量的提高和教师队伍的稳定、发展起到非常重要的作用。本文从目前高校教师理论教学工作量计算办法存在的不足入手,阐述了教师职称、课程类型、教学评价等因素对教学工作量计算构成的影响,并提出了相应的解决策略,以期使教学工作量的计算办法能够更加具有综合性和公平性。
It is very important for the improvement of teachers' teaching quality and the stability of the contingent of teachers to establish a fair and reasonable teaching workload calculation method.Based on the defects of the computational methods on the college teacher workload,the impacts of the teachers' titles,the types of courses and the evaluations of teaching on the computation of teacher workload,as well as corresponding solution strategy,were elaborated,aimed at making the computational method of teaching workload be more comprehensive and fair.
