水热法合成Ni_2P/Fe_3O_4复合材料及其光催化性能 被引量:1

摘要 以直径约为2μm的Ni_2P微球作为前驱体,乙二醇(EG)作为溶剂,在添加表面活性剂聚乙二醇10000(PEG-10000)的条件下利用水热法成功制备出了Ni_2P/Fe_3O_4复合材料.通过对所制备产物的结构和形貌表征后得知所制备的Ni_2P/Fe_3O_4复合材料是由六方相的Ni_2P微球和立方相的Fe_3O_4纳米颗粒构成的.其中,Fe_3O_4纳米粒子附着于Ni_2P微球的表面,并在其表面形成一些凸起.通过对其光催化性能的研究,发现Ni_2P/Fe_3O_4复合材料对亚甲基蓝溶液有很好的降解效果. Ni2P/Fe3O4 composites were successfully synthesized via a hydrothermal route using Ni2P as a precursor and ethylene glycol(EG)as solvent,meanwhile with the addition of polyethylene glycol 10000(PEG-10000).The as-obtained products were characterized and the results showed that the composites were composed of hexagonal Ni2P microspheres and cubic Fe3O4 nanoparticles,which attached to the surfaces of Ni2P microspheres to form some surface protuberance.In the meantime,the photocatalytic property of the products were investigated by the degradation of methylene blue.The result showed that Ni2P/Fe3O4 composites exhibited good photocatalytic activities for methylene blue.
