摘要
以用于圆盘转子的径向轴向联合定位电磁轴承为研究对象,分析了在转子受到扰动偏离平衡位置后的电磁轴承的回复特性.结果表明,在沿轴向偏移的情况下径向电磁轴承将产生回复力,在绕直径偏转情况下径向电磁轴承将产生回复力矩,使盘状转子向其平衡位置移动,具有一定的自回复特性.分析计算了回复力和回复力矩及其刚度特性,结果表明在小范围内,该电磁轴承具有良好的自动回复特性,这对将径向轴向联动定位电磁轴承用于星载有效载荷轴系支撑的研究和应用具有一定的指导意义.
This paper takes disk rotor radial magnetic bearing as research object,discusses the self-recovery characteristics when the rotor deviates from equilibrium position under disturbance.The radial magnetic bearing will generate a recovery force while the rotor has a axial offset,and it will generate a recovery moment while the rotor has a rotation,which makes the disk rotor move back to its equilibrium position,so this structure has some self-recovery characteristics.Calculated and analyzed the recovery force,the recovery moment and their stiffness characteristics.The results show that in a small range,the magnetic bearing has good self-recovery characteristics.This result has certain guiding significance to the research and application of the radial magnetic bearing for satellite-based payload.
