摘要
根据《城镇排水管道检测与评估技术规程》CJJ181-2012对破裂缺陷等级的划分,对有缺陷的排水塑料管道进行环刚度、抗压强度、外压破坏荷载试验研究,探讨管道在破裂缺陷等级与缺陷数量的等效关系以及缺陷位置和缺陷分布对管道破坏的影响。结果表明,多个低级缺陷与1个高一级的缺陷之间有一定的等效关系;管道缺陷的位置和分布对管道的破坏程度有一定的影响。
Referring to the Technical Specification for Inspection and Evaluation of Urban Sewer( CJJ181-2002) ’on division of cracking defect levels,based on calculating the ring stiffness,compressive strength and compressive fracture load of the defective plastic drainage pipe,the equivalent relationship between the number of defects and the cracking defect levels of pipeline and the effect of defect position and defect distribution on the pipeline failure were discussed. The results show that there is certain equivalent relationship between multiple low-level defects and the high level of defect. The location and distribution of pipeline defect have certain influence on the extent of damage of the pipes.
