两种超声辅助方法在引导颈内静脉穿刺置管的效果比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较穿刺前超声体表定位标记法和全程实时超声引导穿刺置管两种超声辅助颈内静脉穿刺置管术的效果。方法选择需要中心静脉穿刺置管患者100例,参考随机数字表法分为A组和B组,各50例。A组采用穿刺前超声体表定位标记法(静态定位法),B组采用实时超声引导穿刺置管。观察两组穿刺置管总成功率、一次穿刺置管成功率、穿刺置管耗费时间、机械并发症。结果两组在总成功率、一次成功率方面差异无统计学意义(均>0.05),但静态定位法置管时间更短,而动态引导法机械并发症更少。结论静态定位法与动态引导法同样有效,穿刺成功率高,都适用于临床推广,静态定位法操作时间短的优势,但动态引导法更加安全。
