我国海洋生物制药业现状与发展趋势探析

海洋生物制药产业是一个科学技术含量较高的技术型产业,其发展空间十分广阔。近年来,我国在海洋生物制药研究方面虽然取得了很大进步,但很多近海海域的生态环境也遭到了严重的破坏。为了鼓励海洋生物制药业的发展国家出台了相关的政策,并投入了大量的资金与物质,海洋经济被纳入经济发展的重点,海洋生物技术正在朝着水产养殖、天然产物获得与新能源开发这三大方向迅速的发展。我国应加快继续完善海洋生物制药业发展中的政策法规,积极建设海洋自然保护区,全面强化海洋药用生物的保护措施,对养殖用海区域实施严格的监控管理。实现海洋生物医药产业的健康发展。

Marine bio- pharmaceutical industry is a technology- based industry relying on high- tech development with broad growth space. In recent years, China＇s has made great progress in research concerning marine bio- pharmaceutical science, but the ecological environment of the coastal waters also suffered serious damage. China has set relevant policies to encourage the development of marine bio- pharmacy and invest in a lot of money and material. The marine economy is included in the focus of national economic development.Marine biotechnology is developed rapidly in three major directions, including aquaculture, natural product obtain and new energy development. China should continue to improve maritime policies and regulations to accelerate the development of the biopharmaceutical industry, build marine nature reserves proactively, strengthen the protection of marine resources for bio- pharmacy. The country should also conduct strict monitoring and management of farmed sea areas so as to achieve a healthy development of marine bio- pharmaceutical industry.
