基于AHP-模糊综合评价的高校废弃物回收物流发展研究——以广西民族师范学院为例

Development of Waste Recycling Logistics at Colleges and Universities Based on Fuzzy AHP: a Case Study of Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities

通过问卷调查、访谈调研等方式,对广西民族师范学院废弃物的回收现状进行研究,发现其废弃物回收物流发展缓慢,所评价校区的废弃物回收物流水平为"差",表明其存在诸多问题,回收体系需要进一步优化和调整。根据高校废弃物评价指标体系及评价标准,高校废弃物回收物流评判结果如果隶属"差"则应该加强废弃物回收物流的建设,如果隶属"一般""良好"而某单项指标评价较差,则说明该指标对应的环节需要改进或加强。高校废弃物评价指标体系仅供参考,实际评价可根据高校情况进行调整,使其更具有针对性,以促进高校废弃物回收物流发展。

The study investigated the recycling status quo of wastes at Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities through questionnaires,interviews and research, etc. It found that the development of waste recycling logistics is slow. The evaluation level of campus waste recycling logistics is poor, indicating that there are many problems and the recycling system needs to be optimized and adapted. According to the evaluation index system and standard, colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of waste recycling logistics if the waste logistics evaluation result is poor. If it is general or good with poor evaluation of individual indicators, the corresponding section needs to be improved or enhanced. The evaluation system of college wastes is for reference only, which could be adjusted in accordance with actual situations to make it more targeted promote waste recycling logistics development at colleges and universities.
