摘要 利用元素分析建立十种中国名茶的鉴别方法.通过原产地购买191份不同产地的茶叶,包括西湖龙井、洞庭碧螺春、黄山毛峰、祁门红茶、庐山云雾、武夷岩茶、安溪铁观音、凤凰单枞、台湾乌龙茶、普洱茶,利用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱测定茶叶中钾、钙、镁、铝、锰、铁、锌、铷、钛9种元素,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定铅、砷、镉、铬、钴、钒、镍、铯、铜、锶、钡、硒12种元素.通过偏最小二乘变量筛选法分别建立4种绿茶和6种半发酵及全发酵茶的判别软件模型.茶叶鉴别模型交叉验证相关系数在0.97以上,模型自校验判别准确率为100%,拥有极高的判别准确率. The research set up a regional discrimination method for 10 kinds of Chinese famous tea by combination multi-element analysis.191 different tea from origin place were collected,including West Lake Longjing,Biluochun,Huangshan Maofeng,Keemun Black Tea,Lushan Fragrant,Wuyi Rock Tea,Ti Kuan Yin,Fenghuangdancong,Pu'er tea,Taiwang Oolong tea.The concentrations of 9elements(K,Ca,Mg,Al,Mn,Fe,Zn,Rb,Ti)were determined by ICP-AES,and 12elements(Pb,As,Cd,Cr,V,Ni,Co,Cu,Sr,Cs,Ba,Se)were determined by ICP-MS.Partial least squares variable selection method was applied in building of 4green tea model and 6semi fermented and whole fermenting tea model.The crossvalidation correlation coefficient of two tea models were above 0.97,and the self verification accuracy rate was as high as 100%.
