碘是一种人体必需的微量元素,同时也是制备无机和有机碘化物的重要原料。概述了湿法磷酸生产中碘的回收方法,并对碘在合成碘代苯胺、碘代苯酚以及碘代苯甲酸类药物中间体中的应用进行了总结。对于湿法磷酸中碘的回收,若料液中碘的含量较低时,一般可选用离子交换法、溶剂萃取法、膜分离法、活性炭吸附法等;若料液中碘的含量较高,可选用沉淀法、浮选法、空气吹出法等。
Iodine is a trace element necessary for human body, and it is also an important raw material for preparation of organic and inorganic iodides. Iodine recovery methods from wet-process phosphoric acid are summarized, and the use of iodine in synthesis of pharmaceutical intermediates, such as iodoaniline, iodophenol, iodobenzoic acid, is summed-up. For recovery of iodine from wetprocess phosphoric acid, if iodine concentration in feed liquid is low, these methods, including ion exchange method, solvent extraction method, membrane separation method, active carbon absorption method etc. can be chosen generally; while iodine level in feed liquid is higher, precipitation method, flotation method, air blow-out method etc. can be selected.
