摘要 利用微生物发酵技术发酵腐熟糠醛渣,使其中的纤维素等大分子有机物质降解为易被植物吸收的小分子有机物质,如腐殖酸等;腐熟的糠醛渣依次经皮带秤、造粒机、干燥机、冷却机、筛分机和包装机完成有机肥的生产。该技术利用糠醛行业的废渣、废水和化工原材料制备有机肥,变废为宝,实现了资源的综合利用。 By microbiologic fermentation technique, the furfural residue is fermented and composted maturity, its cellulose and other macromolecular organic matters are degraded into small molecule organic matters, such as humie acid, which is easily absorbed by plants; the matured furfural residue orderly passes through belt conveyer scale, granulator, drier, cooler, screening machine and packer, the organic fertilizer production is completed. The technology uses waste residue, waste water from furfural industry and chemical raw materials to prepare organic fertilizer, turning "waste" into wealth, realizing the comprehensive utilization of resources,
