中国省域生态文明建设评价方法及空间格局演变 被引量:83

The Evaluation Method and Spatial Pattern Evolution of Ecological Civilization Construction of Chinese Provinces

摘要 通过结合熵权TOPSIS法和协调度模型构建耦合协调度模型,并从省域生态文明建设的内涵出发构建评价指标体系。研究显示:1我国自然系统的建设相对缓慢,生态文明整体格局的变化主要受其他系统的影响;2高水平协调发展的省份极为缺乏,协调度高的省份总体水平普遍不高;3金融危机后我国经济逐渐步入新常态,给我国的生态文明建设带来了重大影响,经济系统的促进作用变弱,自然和社会系统的作用得到加强。 The study of the connotation of ecological civilization has been advancing in recent years, while the methodology to evaluate the ecological civilization construction is relatively backward. In this paper, the model used to measure the coupling coordination degree is consisted by entropy weight TOPSIS method and coordination model.According to the standard of ecological civilization construction, from connotation to extension, the evaluation index system has been built up. The study found that:1)The construction progress of ecological civilization systems is mainly influenced by other systems, because of the slow progress of the development in natural systems. 2)The province stay in high levels of coordination with developed ecological civilization is lack, even though other provinces got high degree of coordination, Low level of ecological civilization is a common problem. 3)After the financial crisis, China's economy has gradually entered in new normal environment, which has brought a significant change that the promotion of economic system has become weak, while the role of natural and social systems has been more important in the construction of ecological civilization.
