TPX2在细胞间期参与DNA损伤反应及其与肿瘤发生关系的研究进展 被引量：12

摘要 经过多年的研究,TPX2（targeting protein for Xklp2）被认为是与细胞有丝分裂和纺锤体组装相关的一个重要因素,在细胞周期的S和G2期优先存在于细胞核中。由于TPX2在多种癌症中存在高表达,它的异常表达可导致细胞中心体异常扩增、异倍体形成以及细胞癌变的发生,在恶性肿瘤的发生发展中起到原癌基因的作用,进而促进肿瘤细胞增殖、抑制凋亡、增强其侵袭及转移性。
