广州市高端科技人力资源与高新技术产业关系的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Relationship between the High-end Human Resources Devoted to Science & Technology and High-tech Industry in Guangzhou

对广州市科技人力资源与高新技术产业产出关联性进行实证研究,结果表明,广州高新技术产业增长与科技人力资本存在稳定的均衡关系,且科技人力资本中高端科技人力资源与高新技术产业相互之间的拉动力大于一般科技人力资源与高新技术产业互相之间的拉动力。并鉴于此研究结论,提出相应政策建议。

The paper studies the empirical relationship between human resources devoted to science technology and output of high-tech industry in Guangzhou. The results show that there exists a stable positive correlation between them,and the promoting effect between the high-end human resources devoted to science technology and high-tech industry is bigger than that between the average human resources devoted to science technology and high-tech industry. Therefore,this thesis proposes some countermeasures to enhance the high-end human resources devoted to science technology in Guangzhou.
