摘要
基于资源基础论,利用VRIO框架探析战略人力资本特性。基于此,梳理评述相关文献,采用探索性及验证性因素分析等方法并以363家企业为样本探索不同竞争战略下异质型战略人力资本的VRIO特性。结果表明,不同竞争战略下的战略人力资本均具备VRIO特性但各有差异;在成本领先战略下,外取型人力资本稀缺性和不可模仿性更显著;而在产品差异化战略下,内开型战略人力资本更突显稀缺性、不可模仿性和组织性。
From the resource-based view of firm,this paper analyzes the value,rarity,inimitability,and organization( VRIO) characters of strategic human capital. Data is collected form 363 firms within Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region via questionnaire,and analyzed through exploration factors analysis,confirmation factors analysis and other methods. The results show that under business strategy,both external and internal human capitals have VRIO characteristics; its characters varied according to different business strategies. Under cost leadership strategy,external human capital is more likely to exhibit rarity and inimitability; meanwhile,under differentiate strategy,in addition to the above two characteristics,it tends to exhibit organization.
