论“改革系统工程”学科的创建

全面深化改革是一项复杂的系统工程。全面深化改革需要科学方法论的支持。在对国内外系统工程研究动态观察的基础上,结合当今全面深化改革的需要,提出建立"改革系统工程"学科。对创建"改革系统工程"学科的意义、"改革系统工程"学科的研究对象和内容、与相关学科的关系、几个重要的研究领域以及如何建设该学科提出观点和认识,以引起相关研究者的关注和讨论。

The comprehensive deepening reform is a complex systems engineering. The comprehensive deepening reform needs the support of scientific methodology. On the basis of the dynamic observation of the domestic and foreign system engineering,combined with the need of the comprehensive deepening reform,the paper proposes to establish＂reform system engineering＂discipline. The paper puts forward some views and understanding about the significance of establishing ＂reform system engineering ＂ discipline,the research object and content of＂reform system engineering＂discipline,the relationship between ＂reform system engineering＂discipline and related discipline,several important research areas and the way to construct this discipline,in order to cause the relevant researchers＇ attention and discussion.
