双元学习对双元创新协同性的影响:变革型领导风格的调节作用

The Effect of Ambidextrous Learning on the Synergy of Dual Innovation:the Adjustment of Transformational Leadership

从理论上探讨双元学习与双元创新协同性(其由双元创新平衡性和双元创新互补性两个维度构成)间的因果关系,以及变革型领导风格对该关系的调节作用,提出相应的研究假设与关系模型,进而通过问卷调查和统计分析对本文的研究假设与关系模型进行了实证检验。实证研究表明,双元学习与双元创新协同性及其两个维度(双元创新平衡性和双元创新互补性)均正相关。变革型领导风格在双元学习与双元创新平衡性及双元创新协同性间均起正向调节作用。

The causal relationship between the ambidextrous learning and the dual innovation synergy（ It is composed of two dimensions,which are the Balance Dimension of Ambidexterity（ BD） and the Combined Dimension of Ambidexterity（ CD）） is discussed with moderation effect of the transformational leadership（ TL）. The research hypothesis is put forward and the corresponding relation model is established. The paper uses questionnaire and statistical analysis to carry out the empirical test on the model. The results show that： the ambidextrous learning is positively related to BD,CD and the dual innovation synergy. TL plays a positive adjustment role between ambidextrous learning and BD,and ambidexterity coordination.
