川芎嗪对钳夹子宫血管致胎鼠生长受限的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨川芎嗪对钳夹子宫血管致胎鼠生长受限的影响。方法取SD雌性大鼠60只,受孕后将其分为对照组、模型组、低剂量组以及高剂量组,每组各15只,在孕14d时采用钳夹子宫血管的方法造模,对照组仅开腹而不钳夹子宫,低剂量组给予川芎嗪40 mg/kg,高剂量组给予川芎嗪80 mg/kg,孕21d,取其胎鼠测量体质量、脑质量,并比较各组胎鼠脑组织GAP-43水平、海马GAP-43 mRNA、NSE mRNA表达水平。结果造模后各组胎鼠体质量、脑质量较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),FGR发生率明显增高(P<0.05),而运用川芎嗪注射液能够明显改善胎鼠体质量、脑质量以及FGR发生率(P<0.05),且高剂量组改善情况明显优于低剂量组(P<0.05)。结论钳夹子宫血管能够导致FGR胎鼠发生率增加,而采用川芎嗪干预则能够有效改善FGR胎鼠的生长发育状况。 Objective To investigate the effect of TMP on uterine vessels clamping induced growth retardation of fetal rat. Methods 60 SD female pregnant rats were divided into control group,model group,low dose group and high dose group,and each group had 15 rats. At14 d,the model was made by the method of uterine vascular clamping. The control group only received laparotomy. The low dose group was given TMP 40 mg / kg. The high dose group was given TMP 80 mg / kg. At 21 d,fetuses were measured body weight and brain weight. The GAP-43 levels in brain tissue,hippocampus GAP-43 mRNA,NSE mRNA expression levels of fetal rats in each group were compared.Results After modeling,the fetal rats body weight and brain weight of the model group,the low dose group and the high dose group was significantly lower than those the control group( P〈0. 05),FGR were significantly higher( P〈0. 05). The use of TMP injection can significantly improve fetal rats body weight,brain weight and FGR incidence( P〈0. 05),and the improvement if the high-dose group was better than that of the low-dose group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Uterine vessels clamping can lead to increased incidence of FGR,while the use of TMP intervention can improve the growth and development of FGR fetuses.
