特发性肺含铁血黄素沉着症的中西医研究进展

Research Progress of Integrated Medicine on Idiopathic Pulmonary Hemosiderosis Disease

特发性肺含铁血黄素沉着症(Idiopathic Pulmonary Hemosiderosis,IPH)是一组较少见的肺泡毛细血管出血性疾病,其主要特征为肺间质内含铁血黄素沉着,该病好发于儿童,死亡率较高,免疫抑制疗法为其目前主要治疗方法。从现代医学及传统医学两方面对IPH的病因、发病机制、诊治进展进行相关综述,旨在为中西医结合诊治IPH提供临床思路及研究方向。

Idiopathic Pulmonary Hemosiderosis（ IPH） is a set of relatively rare alveolar capillary haemorrhagic disease. Its main feature is pulmonary interstitial contains heme iron. This disease often occurs in children which has a high mortality rate. At present,the principal treatment method is immunosuppressive therapy. This article would carry out related review started from two aspects of Chinese and Western medicine about etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment progress,and designed to provide clinical thought and research direction through combined the diagnosis and treatment of Chinese and Western medicine.
