摘要
渭南地区篮球运动近年来在陕西省的比赛中成绩不很理想,处于中游水平,这与渭南市青少年篮球人才培养存在的问题密切相关。渭南市肩负着为省市专业队和高校篮球队输送人才的重任,努力培养青少年篮球人才至关重要。文章对渭南市篮球运动实践活动进行了调研,并对渭南市篮球人才的培养机制、培养模式加以研究和分析,旨在为渭南市青少年篮球人才培养提供可靠有效的理论支持。
In recent years, the result of Weinan basketball competition is not very good, which is closely related to Weinan youth basketball talent cultivation. Weinan is shouldering the responsibilities of cultivating basketball talents for provincial profes- sional leagues and collegiate basketball team, so it is important for Weinan to cultivate as many as basketball talents. Based on the interview and investigation of Weinan basketball teams, this paper summarizes the training mechanism and training mode of basket- ball talents in Weinan. The training status of basketball players is also summarized. By researching and analyzing the data, the paper provides reliable and effective theoretical support for the cultivation of Weinan youth basketball talents.
