基于主成分分析的陕西省高校科技创新能力评价

Evaluation on Universities Technological Innovation Capability of Shaanxi Province Based on Principal Component Analysis

高等学校作为科技创新体系的重要组成部分,在科学和技术创新中,具有举足轻重的作用。文章通过构建高校科技创新能力评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法对陕西省28所高校的科技创新能力进行评价,在进行比较分析的基础上,分别从科技投入、科研团队的建设及科研环境改善等方面对提升陕西省高校科技创新能力提出了几点建议。

Colleges and universities as an important part of national science and technology innovation system play the very important role in science and technology innovation, In the paper, the construction of university science and technology innovation abil- ity evaluation index system, and principal component analysis method is used to evaluate on science and technology innovation ability of 28 colleges and universities in Shaanxi province. On the basis of comparative analysis, some suggestions are put forward to im- prove the scientific and technological innovation ability of universities in Shaanxi Province, from the aspects of science and technology investment, the construction of scientific research team and the improvement of scientific research environment.
