全面“停伐”政策对重点国有林区职工家庭生计类型分化的影响研究

The Effect on Livelihood Styles Differentiation of Worker Households in Key National Forest Areas by Comprehensive “Stop Cutting” Policy

利用东北、内蒙古重点国有林区649户职工家庭的调查数据,采用多项Logistic模型对重点国有林区职工家庭的生计类型分化及影响因素进行了分析。研究结果表明:东北、内蒙古重点国有林区职工家庭生计类型出现了分化趋势,存在着林业专业化、林业补充型、林业依赖型和生计多样化四种类型职工家庭;户主年龄、文化程度、健康状况,家庭劳动力数、家庭成员是否参加职业技术培训、家庭中60岁以上老人数、亲戚中办企业或做生意人员数及2014年是否为全面"停伐"区域对职工家庭生计类型分化有显著影响。在此基础上,提出了相应的政策建议。

Based on the data from a survey of 649 worker households in key national forest areas of northeast and Inner Mongolia,livelihood styles differentiation and its influencing factors of worker households are analyzed by using the multinomial Logistic model. The results show that livelihood styles of worker households in key national forest areas of northeast and Inner Mongolia show a tendency of differentiation. There are four livelihood styles worker households, they include forestry specified, forestry complementary, forestry dependent and diversified livelihood. Age of the head of the household, education level of the head of the household, health status of the head of the household, the number of family labor, whether family members participate in vocational and technical training or not, the number of the old above 60 in the family, the number of relatives of running enterprise or doing business, whether it is full stop commercial logging areas or not have significant effect on livelihood styles differentiation of worker households in key national forest areas. On the basis of analysis, the paper offers several policy suggestions.
