林农参与林业合作社意愿及行为分析--以北方农牧交错带为例

Analysis on Willingness and Behavior of Forest Farmers to Participate in Forestry Cooperative Organization——Based on Farming-pastoral Ecotone of Northern China

基于北方农牧交错带辽宁省西北地区的199份林农调查数据,运用二分类Logistic回归分析模型,从户主特征、家庭特征、林业经营特征、政策因素4个方面分析林业合作社林农参与意愿及参与行为的影响因素,并对差异进行分析。结果表明:影响林农参与意愿的显著因素主要有是否确权、种植年限、种植林种;影响林农参与行为的重要因素有是否确权、是否打工、种植林种、林业政策、林业收入占比;交叉分析显示有意愿参与林业合作社的林农中最终仅有32%的农户实现了参与行为;造成林农参与意愿及参与行为差异的主要原因是林农对林业合作社的认知缺乏、林农所在村庄没有林业合作社、林农对林业合作社需求有限。

Forestry cooperative organization（hereinafter FCO） is significant to promote the increasing income and forestry industrialization. Based on the 199 survey data of forest farmers in farming-pastoral ecotone of northern China in northwest Liaoning province, This paper analyzes the influence factors and differences of willingness and behavior of forest farmers to participate in Forestry Cooperative Organization by binary classification Logistic regression analysis model, which includes four aspects, such as the householder characteristics, family characteristics, forest management. The results show that the willingness of farmers participating in FCO affected by many influencing factors, such as confirmation of forest land right, plantation age, planting forest category, and the behavior of farmers participating in FCO affected by many influencing factors, such as confirmation of forest land right, whether out- migrantion for work, planting forest category, forestry policy, forestry income proportion; Cross analysis showed 32% of farmers who have willingness to participate in the FCO achieve the participation behavior, while68% did not participate in the FCO; For a variety of reasons including lack of the cognition of the FCO, that it has no FCO in village, limited demand for FCO.
