澳大利亚农场林业及其对我国发展林下经济的启示

Australian Farm Forestry and its Inspiration to the Development of Undergrowth Forest Economy in China

澳大利亚曾经因为毁林开荒、伐木,导致了生态环境破坏问题。澳大利亚通过政策引导、财政及金融支持、社会化服务体系保障和科学规划及研究促进农场林业的发展,改善了环境,增加了农民的收入。当前我国林下经济发展迅猛,取得了一些成绩,也存在一些问题。文章通过借鉴澳大利亚农场林业发展的经验,提出了促进林下经济发展的建议。

During the development of Australia, the＂slash-and-burn＂farming method and logging has led to the destruction of ecological environment. Through policy guidance, fiscal and financial support, social service system security and scientific planning and research, etc. measures to promote farm forestry development, both the ecological the environment is getting improvement and the income of farmers is getting increase in Australia. The forest economy in our country has developed rapidly at present. Some achievements have been made, but there are some problems, too. This paper put forward some suggestions on promoting the development of undergrowth forest economy by drawing on the experience of farm forestry development in Australian.
