摘要
目的建立湿毒清颗粒中苦参碱的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件：流动相∶甲醇-0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液（38∶62）,用三乙胺调p H值为8.0;流速：1.0ml/min;检测波长：210nm。结果苦参碱进样量在157.44~1416.96μg范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.9999,回收率在95.9%~100.8%之间,RSD为2.0%。结论该方法稳定,结果准确。
Objective To establish a method for determination of matrine in Shiduqing granules. Method Using HPLC method,Chromatographic conditions： The mobile phase： methanol-0. 02 mol / L Sodium dihydrogen phosphate（ 38： 62）. Turning PH value was 8. 0with triethylamine. The flow rate was 1. 0ml / min with the detection wavelength at 210 nm. Result The injection volume of matrine was in the range of 157. 44 ~ 1416. 96 μg. The linear relationship was good,r = 0. 9999. The recovery was between 95. 9 ~ 100. 8%. RSD was 2.0%. Conclusion The method was stable,and the result was accurate.
