中药联合温针灸对寒湿型腰椎间盘突出的疗效

The Effect of Chinese Medicine combined with Warm Acupuncture on Cold- Damp Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探究采用中药和温针灸结合的治疗手段治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的临床结果。方法选择2014年12月—2015年2月来我院治疗的寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者40例为该实验的研究对象,用随机数字方法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组20例患者,对照组患者采用温针灸方法治疗,观察组采用中药和温针灸结合的治疗方法,治疗后比较两组患者腰椎功能评分和改善率。结果观察组患者在治疗后腰椎功能评分和改善率明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中药和温针灸结合治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症,可明显改善腰椎功能,缓解患者病情,增加了患者的信心,值得推广和应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine combined with warm acupuncture on cold-damp lumbar disc herniation. Methods From December 2014 to February 2015,40 cases of patients with cold-damp lumbar disc herniation in our hospital were experiment objects. They were divided into observation group and control group using a random number method,and each group had cases. 20 patients in the control group were treated with warm acupuncture treatments,while the observation group used Chinese medicine and warm acupuncture treatment. After treatment,lumbar function scores and improvement rates of the two groups were compared. Results The lumbar function and improvement rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The Chinese medicine combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of cold-damp lumbar disc herniation can significantly improve the lumbar vertebral function,alleviate patient ＇s condition,increase the confidence of patients,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
