中西医结合法治疗小儿水痘的临床效果研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Chickenpox in Children

目的探讨中西医结合在小儿水痘中的临床治疗效果。方法选取2013年4月—2014年4月我院诊治的80例小儿水痘患儿资料进行分析,采用随机数字方法将患儿分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用阿昔洛韦联合呋喃西林西医治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上联合中医治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果实验组总有效率为95%,显著高于对照组(85%)(P<0.05);实验组满意率为95%,高于对照组(65%)(P<0.05);实验组退热时间、结痂时间以及住院时间,显著短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组3例出现并发症,并发症发生率为7.5%,显著低于对照组(7例出现并发症,并发症发生率为17.5%)(P<0.05)。结论小儿水痘在阿昔洛韦联合呋喃西林西医治疗基础上联合中医治疗效果理想,能够缓解患儿症状,药物不良反应发生率低,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of chickenpox in children. Methods From April 2013 to April 2014,data of 80 cases of children with chickenpox in our hospital were analyzed,and children were divided into control group and experimental group using random digital method. The control group used aciclovir Furacilin Western medicine. The experimental group was treated with therapy of TCM based on the control group. The clinical therapeutic was compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95% which was significantly higher than 85% of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 95% which was higher than 65% of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The defervescence time,crusting time and length of hospital stay of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. In the experimental group,three cases occurred complications,and the complication rate was 7. 5% which was significantly lower than 17. 5% of the control group which had 7 cases occurred complications（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion On the basis of the aciclovir Furacilin Western medicine,therapy of TCM in the Treatment of chickenpox in children has ideal effect,can relieve symptoms in children,has low incidence of adverse drug reactions,and is worthy of promotion and application.
