中药肾损伤的研究新进展

New progress in the research of Chinese medicine kidney injury

中药一直以其良好的临床疗效及传统的应用优势,长期受到人们欢迎。但近年来其毒副作用比如肾损伤也越来越受到人们的关注。中药品种复杂、用量过大及配伍不当等原因是造成其肾损伤的因素。现代研究更进一步揭示了其造成肾损伤的机制,比如直接细胞毒性、氧化应激、诱导肾细胞凋亡等。这更要求临床运用中注意辨析药名、注意配伍,根据新的肾损伤检测指标如肾小管蛋白、肾小管相关标志物等,合理应用,尽量减少肾损伤。现就近年来对中药肾损伤的研究进展综述如下。

Because of its good clinical results and advantages of traditional applications,Chinese medicine has been welcomed for a long time.But in recent years,an increasing number of people have paid attention to its toxic and side effects such as kidney injury.There are some factors causing kidney injury,like complex varieties,overdose,improper compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine etc.Modern research has further revealed the mechanism of kidney injury,such as direct cytotoxicity,oxidative stress,apoptosis of renal cells induced etc.As a result,it requires us to pay more attention to discriminate types of medicine and compatibility of medicine in clinical applications,and to rational use traditional Chinese medicine according to the new detection indicators of kidney damage such as renal tubular protein,renal tubular related markers etc.On a basis of recent years＇ studies,the research progress of Chinese medicine kidney injury is summarized as follows.
