摘要
目的探讨激励教学法在临床心血管内科护理教学中的作用及效果。方法将60名在我科实习的护理实习生采用整体随机分组法分为试验组(激励教学组)和对照组(传统教学组),每组30名。对两组护理实习生的考核成绩、科室评分、学生互评、综合素质、满意度及护生对导师评价结果进行比较。结果试验组理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩、科室评分、学生互评、综合素质及满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激励教学法在临床护理教学中效果理想,可以提高教学质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of incent teaching mode in clinical nursing of the department of cardiology. Methods 60 nursing students in our department were allocated to the experimental group(incent teaching group) and the control group(traditional teaching group) according to integral random grouping method, with 30 in each. Assessment score, department score, peer assessment, comprehensive quality, satisfaction degree and evaluations of tutors of nursing students in two groups were compared. Results Assessment score, department score, peer assessment, comprehensive quality, satisfaction degree and evaluations of supervisors of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group. Differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Incentive teaching mode in clinical nursing teaching has ideal effect. It can improve the teaching quality, worthy of promoting.
