双岐三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果分析

Analysis of effects of bifid triple viable bacterial tablet combined with montmorillonite powder in treatment of infantile diarrhea

目的研究分析双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法选取2013年6月~2015年6月我院收治的小儿腹泻患者86例,根据患者所接受的治疗方法不同分为对照组、观察组两组,各43例。对照组采用单纯蒙脱石散治疗,观察组采用双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗,对比两组临床治疗有效率、各项临床症状恢复正常时间和治疗前后免疫功能情况。结果观察组临床治疗有效率为97.67%,明显高于对照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组体温恢复时间、大便恢复时间、腹痛恢复时间和呕吐缓解时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后Ig A、Ig G和CD4＋/CD8＋等免疫功能指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻效果显著,能够有效提高临床治疗有效率,缓解临床症状,提高免疫功能,值得推广。

Objective To research and analyze the clinical effect of bifid triple viable bacterial tablet combined with montmorillonite powder in treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods 86 patients with infantile diarrhea who were admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to treatment methods, with 43 in each. The control group was only received montmorillonite powder while the observation group was received bifid triple viable bacterial tablet combined with montmorillonite powder. Effective rate of clinical treatment, time for symptoms returning to normal and immunologic functions before and after treatment of two groups were compared. Results Effective rate of clinical treatment of the observation group was 97.67%, significantly higher than that of the control group 79.07%. The difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Recovery time of temperature, bowel movements and abdominal pain and relief time of vomiting of observation group were significantly shortly those of the control group. The difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. After treatment, immunologic functions indexes including Ig A, Ig G and CD4＋/CD8＋ and other immune function indices of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bifid triple viable bacterial tablet combined with montmorillonite powder in treatment of infantile diarrhea has significant curative effect. It can improve the clinical effective rate, relieve clinical symptoms and improve immune functions, worthy of promotion.
