摘要
目的探讨白细胞介素-25和白细胞介素-7在湿疹患者中表达特点及临床意义。方法纳入我院2013年1月~2014年11月确诊为湿疹的患者100例,按照临床表现进行分期,急性期患者35例,亚急性期患者35例,慢性期患者30例,同时纳入我院体检科检查的健康志愿者30例作为对照组,收集受试者的临床治疗及入院检查的实验室数据,同时采用酶联免疫法检测纳入研究的受试者血清白细胞介素-25和白细胞介素-7的表达水平,将患者的一般数据及血清白细胞介素-25和白细胞介素-7进行相关性分析。结果湿疹的急性期和亚急性期患者白细胞介素-7、白细胞介素-25表达水平高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),白细胞介素-7与白细胞介素-25的表达水平之间具有相关性(P〈0.05),湿疹患者白细胞介素-7、白细胞介素-25表达水平与患者的其他实验室指标(血沉、白蛋白、球蛋白、淋巴细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞计数和血小板计数)间不具有相关性。结论湿疹患者白细胞介素-7、白细胞介素-25水平表达增高,且急性期和亚急性期的表达水平要高于慢性期,提示两者参与了湿疹的病理过程,与疾病的严重程度具有一定的相关性。
Objective To explore expression characteristics and clinical value of interleukin-25 and interleukin-7 in patients with eczema. Methods 100 patients who were diagnosed as eczema in our hospital from January 2013 to November 2014 were included and they were divided into different stages according to the clinical manifestations. There were 35 cases of patients in acute stage, 35 patients in sub-acute stage and 30 patients in chronic stage. At the same time, 30 healthy volunteers who were received examination in physical examination department of our hospital were selected as the control group. Clinical treatment and laboratory data of subjects were collected and expression levels of serum interleukin-25 and interleukin-7 of those included subjects were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. General data and serum interleukin-25 and interleukin-7 were received correlation analysis. Results Expression levels of acute and sub-acute eczema patients were higher than those of patients in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Expression level of interleukin-7 and the expression levels of interleukin-25 are correlated(P〈0.05). Expression levels of interleukin-7 and interleukin-25 of eczema patients had no correlation with other laboratory indexes(erythrocyte sedimentation rate, albumin, globulin, lymphocytes, eosinophil count and platelet count). Conclusion Expression levels of interleukin-7, interleukin-25 are increased and expression levels of the acute stage and sub-acute stage are higher than that of the chronic stage. All above shows that interleukin-7 and interleukin-25 are involved in pathological process of eczema and certainly related to the severity of the disease.
